We are a husband and wife with over 75 years of nursing experience between us.  Our mission is to help health and social care providers achieve success through providing coaching and other forms of support.

We aim to provide the best advice and guidance to health and social care organisations on best practices, growth, regulatory issues (including CQC registration, preparedness for registered managers interviews, CQC inspections), policies (creation and adaptation), and contract negotiation. We aim to help you maximise efficiency, create a strategic vision, and solve problems. 

We take on the responsibility of identifying areas to improve, creating solutions to complex problems, working with managers and other high-level employees, improving efficiency, reducing costs and increasing revenue, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety, and monitoring results.
